so...this weekend i've been bad with sunkist. i drank some; too many in fact. bastard sunkist and it's addicting-ness (?). but friday night we had a sick spur of the moment dance in a super small room so everyone could get to know everyone very well. and, i'm not gonna lie or brag, the mixing was pretty top notch. there were a couple mistakes in when i brought the other track in....but i don't think anyone noticed.

so yea. sunkist = bad. djing = good. another dance tonight for sure

since monday i haven't had one sunkist. unbelievable. those of you who know me knows that this is a freakin unbelievable thing...i myself can't even believe it. so now instead of focusing on when i haven't had a sunkist, i'm going to start researching healthy food/meals/diets

i'm hoping to get some sort of midi controller or mixer to help with the workflow of mixing...because using the macbook pro's trackpad isn't gonna cut it when i'm mixing between four decks.

oh and i'm using a fully loaded 17" macbook pro running at 4gb of ram @ 2.6 ghz intel core 2 duo

the start of things

but when i say things i really just mean the start of this blog. i can't believe i'm freakin doin this; oh well. how i see it is this: because sunkist is super unhealthy for me; and because sunkist literally runs through my veins; and even further because i need to be eating healthy; i figure this is a good way to keep myself inline, because it's more than just me, hopefully, keeping track of what i do.
so yes i can say as an excuse that i have to do this for an assignment for a class, but i really think it will be fun, and hopefully not too addicting. not only will i track my diet and how many sunkists i drink a day, but i'll also throw in random bits and pieces of what's going on in my "vida" as i try and get it "pura" and the information i find, which hopefully can benefit someone that reads it also. i might even throw in some philisophical idiosyncrasies that jump out every now and then; even maybe some conversations i have with sean watson, because we've had some pretty awesome discussions.
