and the audio kontrol 1 from native instruments for the audio splitting.

i'm hoping to get some sort of midi controller or mixer to help with the workflow of mixing...because using the macbook pro's trackpad isn't gonna cut it when i'm mixing between four decks.

oh and i'm using a fully loaded 17" macbook pro running at 4gb of ram @ 2.6 ghz intel core 2 duo
